Top-ups are typically processed instantly after payment confirmation. However, processing times may vary and we do not guarantee specific processing times. If your top-up is not completed within 24 hours, please contact our support team.
We reserve the right to charge a convenience fee for our services. All fees are displayed clearly before you confirm your transaction. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed and paid for.
All prices are displayed in accepted currencies. Currency conversion rates are applied at the time of transaction and may include a small margin.
Once a top-up transaction is successfully completed and the credit has been added to the mobile account, the transaction cannot be cancelled or refunded. Mobile credit cannot be returned or refunded once it has been added to an account.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless UAE TopUp and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the service or your violation of these Terms.
We strive to ensure the service is available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience resulting from service unavailability.
The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by UAE TopUp and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
